Compensation and Benefits
Position – Software Engineer Trainee – Duration- 9 MonthsMonthly Stipend – 18,100 INRUpon Confirmation – Software EngineerAnnual CTC : INR 3,00,000 to 3,50,000 INR Bank Guarantee: 1,00,000 INR for the period of 33 Months
Compensation Rationalization Post 33 Months: INR 5.00 to 6.50 Lakh basis performance
Benefits over and above CTC:
Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA) coverage- For self that will be INR 10,00,000/-
Group Mediclaim Insurance coverage - INR 300,000 for self, spouse & children up to two.
