Handle customer queries / issues through phone or email
Understand the customer issue & trouble shoot the problem. Effective handling of customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction


Adhere to process and ensure queries that are not resolved are routed to the next level

Manage Customer Satisfaction, Issue Resolution and transaction handling time as per specified goals

Ensure all transactions are documented in alignment with the specified process
