Qualification : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Post Graduation Not Required

Experience : 0-2 Years

Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

Location : Delhi

Work Location Chennai

Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated PL telesales team to generate business from database
Supervise, train & develop various outbound & retention activities with constant focus on monthly targets amongst out sourced Staff
Liase with underwriters in decisioning of files
Maintenance of MIS relating to performance of each individual of the team and timely upward and downward feedback
Interface with key strategic initiatives in Sales Management including controls, systems, incentive models, recruitment/anti-attrition and others
Drive Monthly Sales Targets
Achieve productivity per head count
Achieve COA Targets
Coaching & Training of the Team

Requirements
Prior experience in sales & dstribution of Retail assets(loans).
Strong communication , persuasive and interpersonal skills
Should have a strong target Orientation
Should possess strong people/team Management skills
