Infosys : Insights

Manufacturers rely on embedded sensors and data analytics to predict when equipment is most likely to require maintenance, repair or replacement. Financial institutions use AI to flag suspicious activity and anticipate delinquent accounts, and many of today’s top retailers are replacing human agents with bots in order to boost customer service and sales.
