Job Details

Role and Responsibilities:-

·         The Setup Configuration Specialist (SCS) responsible for configuring and testing Aon Hewitt’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to meet the needs of our clients’ requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis

·         Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA. This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic, systems configuration, and testing related to systems that support human resource function

NOTE:

·         Selected candidates will join Aon as an Intern at a Stipend of INR 15,000/month

·         All selected candidates will receive an LOI and will need to undergo process training

·         Post Training Period of 6 months, basis candidate’s performance they will be offer full time job at a salary of 2.8 LPA based on successful completion of Training

SERVICE AGREEMENT : 12 Months

Training Schedule:

·         Training will be at NIIT University (30Km from Gurgaon)

·         This training will extend for duration of around 8 weeks.

·         The training and accommodation is free for the candidates.

·         However the selected candidates will need to bear the cost of associated services during the residential program which is a subsidized onetime lump sum amount of INR 5000/- all inclusive for the entire training period of 6-8 weeks.

·         All Candidates will be required to deposit the aforesaid amount on the day they report for training at NIIT University by demand draft.
