(B.E. / B.Tech, MBA, MCA & M.Tech are NOT eligible).

·Age between 18 yrs - 40 yrs.

·Support Existing Customers and New Customers via Phone.

·Working in a Team and achieving self and Team targets.

·Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.

·Understanding the Organizational Objectives and Delivering on the Commitments.

·Handling in the Best Interest of both Customer and Company.

·Quickly and Accurately Performing Multi-Tasks like Talking, Listening, Documenting

Information, Seeking Information and Problem Solving.


Critical Skills Required:

·Very Good Spoken English with a Neutral accent

·Good Lexical and Grammatical Ability

·Excellent Customer Service and Soft Skills


Good to Have Skills:

·Conversational Skills and Ability to Build Rapport

·Good Typing Speed.
