Role
You will start as a Trainee Software Consultant. Simbus will provide extensive training on Cordys, a visionary BPM product from the Baan Stable (Please visit www.cordys.com for more details). After the initial training period of 6 months, you will have the opportunity to work on path breaking BPM projects with global clients as a software consultant. The job of the Consultant to work closely with Solution/Technical Architect and Project Manager in conceptualizing, designing, implementing, testing and delivery of solutions to customers on time with right quality.

What is BPM?

BPM or Business Process Management as it is called is an emerging IT area and also the fastest growing segment in IT as per Gartner Study. The current BPM global market of USD 11 billion is slated to grow at a scorching annual rate of 60% in the coming years. BPM is an IT tool which combines various IT features like Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), SOA, Workflow, Business Activity Monitoring etc. The main advantage of BPM is that it ensures a close alignment between business needs and IT delivery. Unlike an ERP, in which customization is difficult and time consuming, BPM can be used to automate business processes within a quick timeframe. A recent survey of Global IT managers by CIO magazine has placed BPM as the topmost priority for implementation by the IT managers in the coming years. As the next wave, BPM is expected to surpass other enterprise applications like ERP etc within a short timeframe.

You are
• Willing to work under challenging environment and meet project delivery timelines and quality

You have
• Educational qualification of MCA / M. Sc (IT)/MS IT, B.E(CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) / B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE)
• 2010 pass out or 2009 pass out
• Score of 70% and above in your qualifying examination
• Basic programming Skills in any of the following : Java/J2EE, Ajax, Java Script, (D)HTML, SOAP, Web Services
• Basic Exposure to any of the following Database skills: SQL, Triggers/Stored Procedures and knowledge on any well known database (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc…)
• Basic awareness and understanding of Web Servers and Application Servers

Candidates are requested to give their preference for the batch they would like to participate in advance to their college coordinators. The selected candidates would be need to report to work on 15th July 2010 at our Bangalore office.
Compensation and Benefits:
Total CTC: Rs 3, 75,000 per annum, inclusive of Rs 1, 00,000 performance bonus paid in two instalments
Simbus offers attractive package for trainees. Selected Trainees start at a compensation of Rs 3.75 lakhs pa (CTC), which includes a performance bonus of Rs 1 lakh, which is paid in 2 instalments, one after 6 months of joining and one after 12 months of joining, subject to the candidates meeting the clear and transparent performance objectives given to them at the start. The training period is for a period of 6 months after which candidates who have successfully cleared the training program will be placed as Software Consultants.
